The Drillbone Tunneler is an orthopedic instrument used to create channels in the bone through which the surgeon sews back the torn tendons.The evolutionary step is the arthroscopic implementation of the original transosseous method, which significantly improves healing and thus minimizes possible postoperative complications. The shapes are defined both by the ergonomics of the grips and by the possibilities of production technologies of machining. The body of the instrument is milled from aluminum alloy, the awl with a tip and the drill bushing are milled from surgical steel.
